The Consumer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 5 working days of delivery confirming in writing if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Consumer fails to do so the Consumer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. As the product is an oral product, once used it cannot be returned, unless faulty. Electronic cigarette atomizers may have a life span of 2 weeks to 2 months. On occassion, an atomizer may not work. Should an atomizer not work at the time merchandise is recieved (i.e., dead on arrival - DOA), it is the consumer's responsibility to notify the Comapny within 24 hours of reveiving a non-working atomizer in order for it to be replaced. Company policy is to issue the consumer a return invoice number (RIN). Once the RIN is issued, the consumer may send the atomizer back, in exchange for another of like kind. No returns will be accepted without a RIN. Electronic cigarette batteries, wall adaptors, and USB chords come with a 30-day warrantee that covers manufacture's defects. The Company reserves the right to determin the nature of the damage when applicable. Only upon recieveing returned goods, will the company send out replacement items. Generally, the standard lifespan of a battery is between 3 to 6 months. Warrantees do not cover the lifespan of a battery. Orders can be cancelled any time prior to shipping. Once shipped if returned unopened, the Consumer will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs plus any restocking fee deemed necessary, up to a maximum of 10% of the purchase price.
